Sarah received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 2008, and a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2014. She currently holds an active Licensed Professional Counselor license in the states of Georgia and Colorado, as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Florida.
Sarah believes that human connection is imperative in healing and she has the unique gift of connecting with people of various ages and backgrounds. The combination of her warm, empathetic, non-judgmental approach and extensive training, leads her clients to heal efficiently and effectively.
Sarah uses a highly personalized approach and tailors treatment to each individual while utilizing evidence based treatment. She has received specialized training in EMDR, Child Centered Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy, which she utilizes to treat children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, loss and grief.
