Nancy Langer, APC

Nancy is an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from the University of West Georgia at Carrollton.  She has over 10 years of experience working with exceptional learners PK-12th grade in the public-school system.  Nancy’s experience includes addictions counseling, pastoral counseling, crisis intervention, suicide intervention, and facilitating counseling groups in the public schools helping students with coping skills, grief, anger management, and emotional regulation.  Her experience in the public school system gives her a unique perspective for supporting children and teens.

Nancy serves children, teens, and young adults, and has a special place in her heart for those with special needs and those experiencing foster care. Nancy is currently in training to become a Registered Play Therapist. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the NY Mets, gardening, and tending to her pet ducks.

Nancy is practicing under the supervision of Alzi Faubion, LPC, CPCS, RPT-S.
