Heather Arslanian, LPC

Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her background in play therapy has shaped her understanding of the importance of creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them.

While Heather has experience working with clients across the lifespan, her current work primarily focuses on adolescents and adults. She supports clients as they navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and past experiences that continue to impact their present lives.

Heather’s therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful change can occur within a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship. She is trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), an experiential and attachment-based approach that emphasizes healing, emotional processing, and transformation.

Heather strives to meet each client where they are and provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where they can feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward greater self-awareness and lasting change.
